The State of Ohio, Richland County, SS. John Malone having made an application for himself and Hannah Downend of said county, and being duly sworn, on his oath says that he is over twenty one years of age and that he has no wife living. Also the said Hannah is over eighteen years of age and that she has no husband living, and that the parties are not nearer kin than first cousins, as he verily beleives: and that he knows of no legal objection to said contemplated marriage.
